The stay was wonderful!!! Luciano and Ayelen are geniuses!!! They were kind enough to consider my husband's illness and were always available to answer our questions. The apartment is as seen in the photos, it has everything to make you feel at home. The view is beautiful day and night and the location is perfect for resting and having everything close by. We will definitely be back!!!

My experience with this place was very positive. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, quick and cordial, which built trust and facilitated the entire check-in process. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well maintained and with all the amenities working perfectly. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, public transport and tourist spots, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for both leisure and business trips. One detail that I really appreciated was the attention to small items such as clean towels, complete kitchen utensils and even shampoo. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

The apartment is excellent. Located, for me, in the most beautiful area of Mar del Plata. Jorge was very attentive and helpful before and throughout the stay. The building's facilities are great, and the service and friendliness of all the employees, the same. The view from the balconies is unbeatable.
