We went to this house on a weekend with rain and mild temperatures, yet it was worth every second! It was me, my husband, daughter and our 2 Goldens! We went to the beach (after all, the house is right on the sand) even with rain, we ran, we played, we smiled! One of the days was sunny and we could see the spectacular sunrise, we walked to Grant's beach. The house is simple, but it is clean and has everything you need, in addition to reminding us of the houses of the past and bringing us closer as a family. I recommend it and I'll be back as often as I can ♥️

Comfortable, large, air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, quiet to sleep and a few steps from the beach. There is not much wind circulation, even though it has strong on the street, in the apartment it does not circulate much. The washer is not dryer, but works very well, the building has a community dryer. Adryana has provided chairs, sunscreen, super quick support for what we need, she and her husband are super professionals. It was well equipped, clean, good bath and good beds. Critical point of the condominium, the grill hood is on only 1 hour, then hangs up and we have to request at the concierge. Meanwhile, smoke in the house. Other than that, everything ok.

Our stay was wonderful, clean apartment, well organized, good beds, well-equipped apartment. The ocean view is breathtaking. In a few steps, you are already on the beach, which is very quiet. Our kids enjoyed it a lot. restaurant, bakery, ice cream parlor, supermarkets, everything is close, you can do everything on foot, without having to take the car out of the garage. The apartment is wonderful! Very organized, clean, beautiful and cozy, exceeding our expectations. The structure of the condominium is excellent, with swimming pools facing the sea, a heated pool, jacuzzis, gym, sauna, sand court and even a direct exit to the beach, which is a great differential. The condominium's environment is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and everyone (residents and employees) is very kind and polite. The hosts were amazing, always attentive and ready to answer any questions with great cordiality. The site is ideal for families and for those looking for a rest in a calm and beautiful place. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

The beach in front beautiful place, a little far from the center but nothing happens because in the area you have everything and by car you arrive in 5 minutes to the center, the amenities of the building are very nice especially the pool.

I would like to thank Mr Waldir for welcoming us to his home, (Dona Claudete ) received us extremely request, the beach is amazing, amazing local cuisine, people are joyful and helpful, our stay was sensational because we stayed in the absolute silence of the region where the AP is located and during the day we stayed close to the Candeias club that was our favorite region yesterday is busier, but for those who want a beach almost private in front of the AP is this almost exclusive beach at the time we were . It all works the way it should be and the way we would like it to be . Next summer we intend to return .
