Victor's place is like the listing. Quiet, cozy place, provided pleasant days. Mr. Geraldo welcomed us very well. I recommend requesting the location of the property for him because the GPS takes a not very good road and there is a very good path that arrives at the property. For those looking for peace of mind, I recommend the space. I'm definitely coming back.

Great location, a lot of tranquility and in one of the city's main sights. I did not use the outside area (swimming pool and barbecue) but they are very cool facilities. I felt very comfortable and when necessary, Edvaldo proved very helpful. A single opportunity for improvement would be a better sanitization of the bathroom and dishware available in the kitchen. But the hosting set was positive and indicated for the other airbnb users.

Sônia and Lenon were super friendly and helpful. We had a delicious weekend with the kids running on the lawn. The house is super well-equipped. It was great! We want to come back!

The ranch is very beautiful, with lots of greenery and lots of animals. The house is impeccably clean. The hosts were very polite and kind to let us into the house before the scheduled time. When we had problems, they promptly resolved them.

the space is very cozy, great location and a well-structured house with all the necessary items in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms, the common space with a kitchen, wood stove, barbecue, deck for the river and space to relax is a charm apart, the city is small and has several cultural attractions and waterfalls, I went to work and I was unable to enjoy anything, but I will go back for a walk around the city

We were made to feel very welcome! Luci and her husband are very kind and left us even a little Easter present at the check in. Luci, always willing to help, removed all our doubts. The house was spotless and has a great location! When we return to the city, we will definitely stay in the same location!

The Flat is beautiful, very well decorated, functional, well equipped to meet our needs, all very tasteful. Everything is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. There's good shopping around. I really enjoyed staying at this location. I found an excellent cost benefit. Regarding the hosts, they were always helpful and very kind.

We were in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience at the site. Communication with Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we'd like to highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very warmly and was very kind with the activities. The facilities of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all had a wonderful time! The rain makes the journey a little difficult because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road, but we managed by driving carefully. I suggest having a popcorn maker, we took ours, for rainy days and a movie at night and it was a success!!

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

Marcos is an extremely accessible person, always responds promptly and with clear information. We had no problem getting there, while we were there or on our way out. The farm is in great condition, it is very beautiful and cozy and it looks like you are immersed in a period series😍! Everything is very beautiful, wonderful pool and sauna and amazing surroundings. Comfortable home, place is just like the photos. My family and I had peaceful days immersed in nature (which was our purpose) we were very happy with the attention of the host who described the place perfectly.

We were very well received by the family and we especially thank Malu, Gustavo and Ney for all the support and attention during the stay. The house is simple, clean and well ventilated. The outdoor area is the highlight: it has a gourmet space with a pizza oven, barbecue, hammocks to rest and a beautiful view. Not to mention the waterfall and the trails within the property itself. An important notice: access really requires a 4x4 vehicle — the listing doesn't exaggerate. Thank you very much Malu, we hope to return!

I went to the farmhouse with my family (12 people). Everyone really liked it. The place is a very beautiful place and has an impressive structure. All decor is designed for the comfort of visitors. The pool space is amazing and everyone really enjoyed the period. The hostess is a lovely person who welcomed us with great affection and whenever we needed her, she assisted us. It is certainly a place we want to return to.

The place is exactly as described. spacious, clean. At check-in we were greeted by Raquel's parents, very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped. The caretaker came every day to clean the pool and collect the garbage. Bakery nearby, market too. You can walk to the center. My family was very pleased with the accommodations. It met our expectations.
