This is a wooden house with a quintessential Rancho Valicero style. It is a ranch that keeps the air from the Valizas ranches. Rustic and natural but with everything to spend a few beautiful days, feeling comfortable and very close to the beach. Due to the proximity to the beach there is no power, so the light works with a solar panel, and a battery where you can charge your cell phone and tablets if necessary. The house has a grill and shaded place to be outside.

The cottage is located on the beachfront of Playa Norte and a few steps from the "center". It is ideal for relaxing and interacting with the natural environment that a magical place like Cabo Polonio offers.
