We loved this house and the location and all the effort that was given from Pedro’s team to make us welcome. Thanks for the cake, the HUGE fruit bowl (that we nearly managed to consume), and the sweets, water etc. you thought of everything. The house isn’t in a tourist location but that is its charm, it’s so peaceful with a bar and supermarket in easy reach, perfect. You get some great recommendations , our favourites were Barzin, a ten minute walk, but the best fish restaurant has to be Oburaco in Esposende, the good was amazing. There is also S2 locally, it’s very good. We visited, Braga, Porto, Barcelos(Thursday is huge market day), Esposende. The house is located perfectly and we did not hire cars, instead used Uber or the local taxi company. We were a party of 8 and the house was large enough to allow peace in the garden, whilst others watched TV, or some used the gym, and others used the bikes. Note the bikes are great but there can be a forceful wind to fight!

Pedro's apartment is like being on a boat, you will sleep with the sound of waves and you will have the feeling of being on the sea. Pedro welcomes you upon arrival, which is always appreciated and not a lock system that underlines the feeling of impersonal business. Also because it's his home, where he usually lives. He gives you recommendations and is available for any questions. Pedro is very attentive and very flexible when it comes to accommodating arrivals - we were driving 800kms - and we didn't know the exact arrival time. We also appreciated being able to leave our bags in the apartment longer, so we could take advantage and eat before going on a trip. We'd be back!

The very clean apartment has complete, efficient amenities. 180° open ocean views. Elsa is very available which is an asset in case of difficulty. Possibility to troubleshoot food nearby as well as a varied and close catering. The beach is at the foot of the building. Elsa takes care to prepare some welcoming touches.

This was the most magical Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The space is completely private and very romantic and peaceful, and the views are just breathtaking. The interior decor is stunning and feels very warm and welcoming. You have your own private pool with a view of the valley and two nice pool recliners, and the bed and couch are so soft and comfortable. Also, the outdoor stone bathtub with the special bath pillows was such a relaxing treat! We explored the area around a bit to see some vineyards, but we made dinner at the house every night and enjoyed the amazing breakfast delivered to our door every morning—all that to say, we barely left! This is worth the trip just to visit the Airbnb. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had a wonderful stay! The house, in a private condominium in Esposende, on the banks of the Cávado River, is a true haven of tranquility and comfort. Everything was impeccable — from the beautifully decorated spaces to the private pool with a telescopic cover, which offers total privacy and protection even on windy days. It was amazing to explore the calm waters of the Cávado with the paddleboard and return to relax in the sun. The host was always attentive, helpful and available, which made all the difference. The stay was too short for everything we wanted to do. We were left to calmly explore the magnificent golf course inserted in the condominium, surrounded by houses like the one we stayed in. We are already planning to return soon, this time with more time. There is much to discover in the vicinity: the fish restaurants of Apulia, the sandy beaches of Ofir and the charming village of Fão. We already miss this perfect house.
