The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Beautiful duplex loft, very bright and ideally located in the village of Carteret. 2 min walk to all amenities: bakery, grocery store, cinema, market etc. Close to the port and beaches. The apartment has been renovated with eco-responsible materials by an architect, fully equipped (sheets and towels provided) and perfectly isolated. Comfort guaranteed in summer and winter! Bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room (quality bedding), large desk available.

We had a great time. The apartment is very nice very well arranged and very clean quiet while being in the center.We did not use our car as there is the possibility to do plenty of walks and enjoy swimming at Carteret beach. It will be our pleasure to return.

The space was very clean. It is in a good location and very quiet. The location in a "small village" is lovely. Close to the center and the beach even if the steep climb made us prefer the car!! 😊 We had a lovely stay.

Quietly located accommodation within walking distance to the beach and beautiful dune area for a walk. The beach was wonderfully spacious and quiet. Everything is available in the house for a pleasant stay. What is very pleasant is that in the kitchen everything is really present to cook well 😊 The garden was also great, nice and private and quiet. Many different birds to see and hear. We will keep this cottage in mind for when we go to Normandy again ☺️

Apartment really very well arranged, clean, very bright for an off-season stay, great bathroom, many appliances in the kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine.., Small downside: there was some scaffolding work on one side, but the work will be finished when you come. Everything has been as described. I recommend it for the off-season!!!

A great place to keep! In a beautiful new residence, the apartment is cozy and convenient. Beautiful decoration made by the owner with pretty ceramic and macrame touches. We are greeted in person and with small cookies and handmade gifts, you are pampered in addition! The balcony is perfectly exposed to enjoy the late afternoon sun at aperitif time! Enough coffee for the stay as well as dishwasher tablets, paper towels, etc. a garage is available and a bakery just downstairs! The small city center is a few minutes' walk away and very cute. I recommend it!
