Vacation rentals with a patio in Barnard

Excellent location for skiing. I do not think I have ever stayed this close to the lift. Being able to stop by the apartment for lunch, or simply to warm up is a huge perk. It can be a bit loud from the lift and the groomers but it wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids.

We have stayed here before. The apartment was comfortable, very clean, quiet and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend !

Curtis was very responsive to a concern we raised about the heater in the bedroom not turning on. He brought his handyman with him and sorted out the issue in short order. His desire to make us feel comfortable was not lost on us and we would definitely consider staying here again if our travel plans bring us back to Vergennes.

We had such a wonderful stay at Peter’s place this weekend! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cozy and super welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup along and the location was perfect. It was close to the lake and great local restaurants. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful!

Was in need of a place to stay in Rochester for a wedding down the road from the main part of town and I couldn't have picked a better spot for the weekend. It's a cozy little apartment that has all the simple things you need and it's walking distance to some small town jems to shop and eat at. If I ever want to come back to VT from Boston for the fall, or to escape the city life, I know what would be my first pick would be. :)

Andrew’s place was exactly as described. Just far enough out of of the middle of Middlebury to be completely peaceful, but a very quick drive to town. The space was clean, spacious and had a great kitchen. The view off of the back deck was fabulous. I’d definitely stay there again.

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Sunapee. We highly recommend! It had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Such a cozy, relaxing place to stay. Angela was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

We stayed at Skyeburst for a long weekend. The house is even nicer in person with noticeable attention to details like a tea and coffee station and a welcome gift of pancake mix and syrup. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. There is a large mud room which was perfect for removing our gear before stepping into the main house. There are a lot of beautiful design elements throughout the house which makes the space feel inviting and luxurious. Jesse was very responsive and provided clear checkin and check out instructions. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect place for a Killington/Pico/Okemo ski getaway. Everything was easy to find with clear instructions. Hosts were responsive. My kids (ages 17 & 13) loved the loft. High quality white noise machines were great. We’d stay here again anytime.

We loved our stay at Maura's place! We had a girls weekend and the space comfortably fit all 7 of us. We felt right at home, and the location was amazing! Beautiful views of the S6 ski mountain, convenient to the general store at the end of the street, and so convenient to beautiful Woodstock for restaurants, shopping, hikes, etc. The beds were comfortable and we felt like the hosts went above and beyond with communication and recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

The log cabin is very comfortable with great flow. Loved the sunroom and upstairs den. Heated floors in bathrooms and sunroom were great touches. Not conventional decor: maximally furnished with an interesting blend of western, contemporary abstract art and figurative paintings and knick- knacks. We thought it fun and loved our stay.

Brandon‘s place was very comfortable and in the downtown area on a nice piece of property. The inside was set up great!

Amazing location, very cute and cozy! Walking into town for coffee or to window shop was easy, and the house was warm and welcoming. The living room has more seating than shown in the photos, which is fantastic. Woodstock is also just such a fun spot. Though it didn't matter to us at all, it may matter to some that the door to the upstairs bathroom and at least one bedroom didn't fully latch nor lock. 10/10 would stay here again!

I can't say enough great things about Jeff and this beautiful rental. The house is gorgeous with every amenity we could have wished for. The property was breathtaking with manicured gardens, fire pit area and the roaring brook right outside the windows. The water was pretty high when we were there due to all the rain, but it made for the most peaceful background sound. Linens were high end, beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, Jeff was super responsive and accommodating to our large group. I could go on. Would love to rent again in the future! Thank you Jeff!

We enjoyed our short stay in the cabin very much. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were pleased to find coffee beans in the freezer and creamer in the fridge! Plenty of towels and comfy beds. There were horses out in the pasture which added to the peaceful setting - even during a rainy weekend! The location was quite convenient for visiting lots of cute little towns including Royalton, Stratton, Woodstock, and Norwich. I highly recommend this place to others.

This was our first Airbnb trip as a family with 2 young kids, and was our best trip to date. We all appreciated having such a cozy space to come back to during our 3 night stay in Vermont. You can’t beat the location being across the street from Long Trail Brewery, right around the corner from a general store with basic groceries, and right in between Killington and Woodstock. Upon arrival (and each night of our stay), the property was well lit with string lights giving it a festive feel and making it easy to find when we first arrived at night. Alexandra’s instructions for how to access the property were easy to follow. The space had everything we needed to make us feel at home - a step stool for the kids to brush their teeth, a well stocked kitchen, and bathroom essentials that we had forgotten- even some welcome snacks and bottles of water. We appreciated the cozy bedding and blanket baskets as the rooms with window AC units were drafty at times. We would happily rebook again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was exactly as represented in the listing, and very close to the Killington lifts. The condo is pretty small, but that was okay since it was cozy and had what we needed.

Jared was very helpful and responsive, seemed like he was waiting for us to check in to make sure everything was ok. The place was very clean, spacious and got everything we needed. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure staying at Shirley's place for our last trip to Killington this season. The place was nice and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the amenities in the building were great!

Looks exactly like the photos. It is close to the ski slopes, and spacious for a group of three.

Very nice lower floor unit. Was warm and well appointed and the beer library was a nice touch. There were a lot of late footsteps upstairs but we sleep with a sound machine app on phone so it was no issue. Skiing was a fail due to the ice storm but William offered us late check out, which was needed and greatly appreciated. We therefore avoided hazardous road conditions and completed our journey safely. We will be back!

Great place to stay if you are in Rutland. The balcony is a great place to relax and the place is amazingly clean and modern. Would definitely stay again
