This is a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. I was alone with the river and a perfect mountain view all weekend, and this cabin had everything I needed. Hoping to make a return trip!

I stayed here last minute after finishing the cascade loop. Didnt want a hotel room and this was MUCH better than that. Youre pretty much looking at trees, but youre right next to some amazing peaks when you get out of the drive way. Id stay here if you were actually going to cook your own meals. There isnt much good food close by. However...depending on which way youre on the cascade loop, the 59r diner is incredibly charming and delicious. If you passed the diner on the way to the bnb, its worth the 40 min drive back. So are the veiws. Yelp gives them a bad rep, but thats bullshit and they deserve 5 stars. This is the perfect place to wind down, cook a good meal and relax. No tv, no wifi at the time, no problem. The other bnbs I think you can have a fire, which I would have loved, but I understand why there isnt one there. Definitely be cautious of your trash, and there was for sure a bear on site, but I felt safe after texting the host, who was extremely responsive. Great place!

This was a great place for 3 adults and 2 kids to stay! Well stocked kitchen, games and books, wine and chocolate on arrival! Easy access down to river front! Hot tub was modern and clean, and peaceful surroundings. Small note: there is an area of land next to the house that is owned by a family that use it for camping and caravan holidays. If you are staying over a holiday weekend you may see them. They were nice enough - but distracted a little from the tranquility of the outside space. This would not deter me from visiting again. The host is super friendly and responsive!

The Bluebird Chalet is exactly like the pictures and all the previous reviews! It has spectacular views from inside, and outside on the large deck or from the amazing hot tub!!! The home is well laid out, plenty of seating, gives a cozy vibe while still being spacious, the linens are beautiful, ample towels, shampoo, conditioner, spices, cooking spray and the home is extremely clean!!! Despite the host best efforts- we met "Ralph" the mouse a couple times. The host has a pest service, sticky pad and the pest detorate plug- ins. It's just that time of year when unwanted visitors sometimes make there own vacation plans. Instead of cutting our trip short- We built a fire and made sure to keep food stored in air tight containers, fridge and honestly the microwave too-to try to not invite Ralph to appear again. Overall 5 star location absolutely stunning views and CLEAN (seriously super duper clean)!!! I think "Ralph" was just an unwanted visitor by the host and us.
