We really enjoyed our time at Sebastian's apartment! He was a wonderful host and always very helpful. The apartment was perfect for our 2 month stay. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so there was plenty of space. The location was perfect for our time in Bariloche. We were able to walk to everything in town or take a bus to some of the more scenic places around Bariloche. The apartment is also spacious and has great wifi. It's cozy during the colder months as well and we appreciated the heaters in the apartment! We'd definitely stay here again!

It is a new construction in which we use elements typical of the area, a typical loft, but at the foot of the mountain, a single humbly well-decorated environment, subtly intimate, practical detail of the exclusive service area, very reserved, solace, safe, with car entrance with automatic gate, parking next to the family car, there are shopping centers, 5 minutes from the civic center, buses every 15 minutes. The fundamental cordial personalized attention of Stella & Mario its owners.

We are located 5 minutes from downtown Bariloche, in front of Melipal Beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, 50 meters from a supermarket, service station, kiosk, and 3 restaurants. An unbeatable location if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to all the tourist attractions. Bustillo is the main tourist avenue, where the renowned Circuito Chico begins. The apartment is modern, functional, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and is very quiet.

Bright loft apartment with magnificent view of the hills and forest. It has a hotel table which allows you to use the double or twin mode. Located in a forested estate with native greenery. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, providing great tranquility to the place. The area is very safe and there are a few blocks from full shopping mall and on public transportation. To access the apartment you have to go up one floor by staircase. It has a garage and grill.

Very nice area with collective stops if you are not with a car, the heated pool was cool , Luciano everything was fine in my case the flight schedule went out later and allowed me to stay in the accommodation a little more that is worth a lot thank you😁.

Very clean, organized apartment, with all necessary appliances working perfectly and great location. Juan Pablo is very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend it, and if possible, we will return.

The apartment we stayed in had an impressive view of the lake, impeccable, very comfortable bed and pillows, full kitchen, it even had shampoo, conditioner, soap and full cream, they even left you coffee and powdered milk so you can have breakfast. Check-in was remote, that is, a phone call was enough to enter the building. In conclusion, we got a great place to stay for a more than affordable price.
