Cozy older house with barbecue room in beautiful surroundings

Here you will find tranquility and can enjoy beautiful nature in lovely surroundings. The fishing water is very close to the listing and takes 2 minutes to walk there. Barbecue room where you can make a fire and barbecue if you want. Helpful with firewood. A great hiking terrain in the area summer and winter. Possibility to borrow ice drills and fishing equipment if desired. The northern lights are often dancing and are a lovely spectacle for those who have an interest in it. Detached residence by the farmhouse, close to the sea, lovely views. Perfect place for recreation, relaxation, tranquility and peace. Easy starting point for trips to mountains, on the sea and in the cultural landscape. Relax in close contact with our social sheep and lambs. Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, sitting area, etc. Hot tub is ordered separately, NOK 850,-/ 73,- Euro. Booking min 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid April to first week of May - opportunity to see the little lambs and proud mothers.

Brovoll Gård was established in 2021 and is today an active farm consisting of both horse, dog, cat and goats. The farm is renting stables, wood production, open farm, teaching and tourist tours. Summer 2024, the rental cabin was finished and is a 17 square-sized cabin with 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed/sofa, fridge, microwave and dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a shared newly refurbished bathroom on the farm available to the cottage guests that are shared with others. Horseback rides can be booked by interest.

My paradise

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful family retreat. Out on the terrace you can enjoy the jacuzzi and watch the popular target river run by or the polar light dance in the sky. Fine hiking areas with lots of berries in autumn. The waterfall with salmon staircase must be seen. At camping close by there is a swimming pool with slide and playground, very popular for children when the weather is good. Summer there are some salmon fishermen at camping and the cabin is also one perfect place for salmon fishermen.

New modern cabin with 4 bedrooms and a total of 8 beds. The kitchen is the heart of the cabin. There is room for many around the large dining table and here you can sit for a long time in comfortable chairs. The living room is next door, here there are double doors that can close and close all sound. Perfect when the little ones are ready to eat, but the adults will enjoy themselves around the dinner table longer!

This stay was by far one of our absolute favorite Airbnbs! The cabin is beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking views of the seaside. Sitting in the cozy living room, watching the ever-changing scenery through the large windows, was an experience in itself—especially since we were lucky enough to see both the northern lights and whales during our stay! The location is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature with almost no neighbors, yet still conveniently close to Tromsø. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the incredible views. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything felt clean and modern. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with stunning scenery and the chance to see incredible wildlife, this is the perfect place. We can't recommend it highly enough and would love to return one day!

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our stay was definitely the sauna and whirlpool—such a perfect way to unwind. And to top it all off, we were lucky enough to witness the breathtaking northern lights right from the property, which made our stay truly unforgettable. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical and relaxing escape!

Very nice and accommodating host. Very nice place that has everything you need in an apartment for both short and longer stays. Very clean in the apartment, and great interior and furniture. Quiet and sheltered location with views of the mountains, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Really recommend and is worth the price.

In connection with our project work in the area, it was nice and a perfect opportunity to rent "Ida-hytten" to Christian. The stay during the period has been as expected, despite some unexpected local road closures in the area. This was unproblematic for our workers. The cabin has delivered on all the preferences we have expected, and we will be happy to contact you again if/when the need for accommodation is present again.
