Monthly Rentals in Bard

We enjoyed this lovely home in a peaceful quiet area! It was a very easy checkin & our hostess had clear directions & was responsive when we messaged. The rooms were all nice sized & clean! We only needed 4 nights, but it was a 5 night minimum….so made it more expensive for us. We knew that ahead of time, but probably won’t book it again because of that. The main suggestion is for new sheets, as they had the little ‘pills’ that aren’t as comfortable as smooth sheets….but they were clean. Overall we had a very nice stay here!

Great value. Great location (next to West Wetlands Park). Location was close to downtown Yuma and walkable, peaceful location. Outdoor patio was well maintained and felt very rustic. My family and I enjoyed a nice meal outside. Would definitely book this place again, if available.

Johanna and Aaron are friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Looks exactly like pictures (super cute), very clean, and safe with 2 locking doors and a locking gate to park car in. Maritza was amazing in helping me find the place, Google wasn't working for me nothing wrong with her directions. Brought us great smelling fluffy blankets, checked in on us via texting seeing if we needed anything. If you are coming for dental the place is not close for walking, you will need a ride or car, but its 7 minutes away via car, so pretty easy. Would 100% stay here again!
