My coziness

Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

Relax with in the real Little Piece of Heaven. The condominium is 70 meters from the Araruama lagoon, in the Bananeiras neighborhood, close to beautiful kiosks. But the best place is the Ponta das Bananeiras geosite, which can be accessed from the waterfront or from the Lake View Condominium, whose entrance is via the Amaral Peixoto Highway, at km 91. It is one of the fascinating places on the edge of Lagoa de Araruama, from where you have a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sunset.

Very well organized apartment, clean and exactly as described in the listing. The environment is comfortable, airy and ideal for those seeking rest or leisure in the region. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the main points of the city. The building's concierge is great, with efficient and responsive service, which greatly contributed to the feeling of safety and tranquility during the stay. Mendonça was a great host, always attentive and helpful in his responses, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the stay. I recommend and would be back for sure.

a wonderful stay, I am in love with the accommodation, I felt literally at home, everything clean, everything working, Ronaldo and an exemplary human being, I request, pleasant, answered all my questions quickly with kindness, a respectful and responsible host with his property and with his guests, it was my first experience with the app and now I do not stop anymore, next month I will be back with all certainty. Elaine was simply wonderful during our stay, answering my questions promptly, the house is simply a dream, even better than in the photos, fully equipped with appliances, pots and pans and the like. The location of the house in a very quiet neighborhood, lots of shops around, renovated house, very clean, impeccable sheets and blankets, my trip was sensational and I will definitely return. Mr. Gilberto was also very helpful, during our stay he was concerned about filtering and vacuuming the pool. A 10!!!!!

Mansion with Swimming Pool and Gourmet Area

We were very happy in Claudia's space, there were 11 of us and she attended to all of us comfortably. The pool is bigger than the pictures. The weather did not cooperate during our stay, but the barbecue area and balcony are covered. Kitchen with all the utensils, we prepared all the meals without problems. There is a large market nearby, which made it easy not to pack so many things in the suitcase. Communication with Claudia was quick and we also had no problem, she was even kind enough to postpone checkout due to the rain. We loved the house and plan to return to get to know the region better!
