Studio on the first floor located in a farm building overlooking a courtyard access via a spiral staircase located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, Ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

Between Cambrai and Arras, in a small quiet and charming village, spend a night and/or a stay in a real Mongolian yurt, on my wooded and fenced property. The yurt is equipped with heating. You will benefit from the cottage with all amenities, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room. You will enjoy the view of the Bourlon Forest and the surrounding silence. Respecting the tranquility and the peaceful environment, you will spend a pleasant time in the middle of nature.

Ideally located just 2 kilometers from E-Valley and close to the future Seine-Nord Canal construction site, it offers a perfect setting for a break of serenity with family or a practical stay for professionals. From Épinoy, you will be at the crossroads of the soothing nature of the Sensée Valley, CAMBRAI, DOUAI and ARRAS.

The accommodation has free private parking and terrace (with garden furniture). This house consists of a bedroom with dressing room and flat screen, a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
