Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

At the foot of the cathedral, with free underground parking (max height 2m), in the heart of the historic center, enjoy a picturesque setting and all the attractions accessible on foot: museums, restaurants, Cité du Vitrail, quays of the Seine. Very spacious Hausmannian apartment with fireplaces, molded ceilings, oak floors, on the 1st floor of a building on the Troyes-Dijon axis. Composed of an equipped kitchen, large bathroom, living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, billiard room with sofa bed for 1 person, 2 bedrooms (190 X 140 beds) including one with shower and sink, and a 3rd bedroom (2 single beds). There you will find a separate toilet, a cloakroom. Parking in the large enclosed common courtyard.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site.
