We rent the 1st floor of a small villa in the cozy summer cottage village of Uteha, located between the cities of Bar and Ulcinj. An ideal place for a quiet and peaceful family vacation. You can enjoy the cleanest sea, fantastic sunsets, the beauty of Montenegrin nature. A 2-3 minute walk from the house you will find small pebble beaches, and a little further away there is a large city beach.

Apartment is very quiet in small house with nice green backyard and view to Castle walls that is 15min walk. We are fishing fans and if you like it you can use our gear and boat. We also have few bikes that are available for free with reservation.
