Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Bantul Regency

Our stay was really nice! The location of the apartment is great and the communication was really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

House was clean, spacious, and quite cozy.. Kitchen aminities, towels, shower available with warm water, speedy internet, tv without nflix but theres another "flix" app at tv you can enjoy with your friends/fam. Also we got some trouble on the way back from our trip so we had to checked out quite late but host really nice to acomodate our "urgently" late check out. Thanks for the hospitality fhstay! Might comeback another time :)

the house is good, the location is quiet, the mattress is good, the room is also good, there is a tv in every room, for a quiet night's rest, there are not many vehicles, getting in from the highway to the house is also not far away, the air conditioning works well. thank you for your help during our stay there.

the place is clean in the middle of the city, close to Malioboro

A very comfortable and safe homestay, complete facilities, 2 kitchens, there is a private kitchenette with an electric stove so it feels clean and does not cause bad smells, and there is a shared kitchen in the back, perfect if you want to cook with large/many portions. A bathroom with a large bathtub and the interesting thing is to set up hot water there is a degree, so the level of heat can be adjusted to your needs. There is a Smart TV available Netflik with religious films, along with a sofa that can be arranged in a slope and equipped with a leg rest, perfect for nobar. Behind there is a son boarding house equipped with a prayer room, but with a separate door and garage with a sagan castle villa, so that privacy is maintained, especially for honeymoon couples. And there's a hangout in the back with boarding kids and a private hangout in front of the villa, perfect for those who like to hang out while drinking coffee/smoking or just relaxing.

A comfortable villa like at home, clean, only if you can advise the swimming pool should not have too much chlorine. but overall this is an ok villa

I like to stay in mba Shinta’s villa because there’s a parking space for up to 4 suv car, the room was big enough and there’s a extra bed if you need for your kids! Thanks mba Shinta. And the exterior feels like in Bali. The place is in Bantul but near from Prawirotaman, so if you want to go get some Gelato from Tempo Gelato Prawirotaman just 9 mins, Jogja was so hot! Overall, I’m really enjoy to stay on Wabisabi villa!

you can swim and play billiard here, there is 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom so you can go with family and friends, and there is many room to gathering, you can see the sky while sunbathing too..

I highly recommend this place. Host was extremely nice and the house was awesome.

The property was very beautiful, the pool was large and pleasant, and the place was very well kept. The property is in a rather popular neighborhood, giving it very pleasant privacy and a set of local and quality services nearby. And the alleys around are beautiful to walk around. Host was super responsive and helpful. Two small areas for improvement: - a table (even small) with 4 chairs would have been nice to be able to eat or play with 4. - Put mosquito nets on beds (?) During our stay, the hot water in the bathrooms was dysfunctional, and there was only hot water for 2 small showers per day (which is a bit short when there are 4 of us). That said, the owner responded quickly and offered us alternative solutions, so there was no consequence. So thank you for a lovely stay.

I stayed at this villa and was very happy with the experience. It’s kids-friendly, has a peaceful and lush environment, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. However, the location was a bit tricky. At first, the map led us through an unfinished road, and we had to turn around and find another route. The alternative road was quite narrow and in poor condition—only wide enough for one car. Hopefully, the access road can be improved in the future, especially because it feels a bit scary at night xixi

The rooms were clean and very spacious, as well as the rest of the house. There is a beautiful garden where you can sit outside. These are the basics that were very well met, but what made this a great homestay is the host. He offers that he can be your tour guide for a day or a few and if you can, I would definitely accept. It is cheaper because he can make a planning with you and he goes in with you. Plus he is funny and kind so good to have around. Next to that he knows the big touristy places and the local places. We ate at a few restaurants we probably wouldn’t have entered without him, and we really loved this local experience. The host also woke up early for us twice, and I mean 4:00 am early. That is service I haven’t found in other airbnbs yet! One small note; a train drives by the Airbnb quite often also in the night. We got used to it after 1 night but if you’re a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs.

The place is unique so it's kind of fun in that way. Really for the price, it's a great deal. If the price was above 1 million rupiah then I might have higher expectations. Concept is "quirky tiny house" and I mean that in a good way. At the same time there is plenty of room to breathe. The loft beds were safe and comfortable. The pool is more for a quick dip than it is for hanging out. The guy who takes care of the house was nearby, friendly, and easy to reach for checkin and checkout, arriving promptly. Overall, in my opinion it was easy, things worked well, and worth it.
