On our doorstep are fantastic hill walks along the renowned Sheeps Head Way as well as countless coves and strands for swimming and exploring. This is a very quiet and private house on a one- acre property within a 15-minute walking distance to the center of Castletownbere. Entrance is thru a private automatic gate and has a slipway to the sea. This is a beautiful area to go canoeing, fishing, and swimming. Seals can be seen from time to time as can the fishing boats going out to sea.

It is a five minute walk to the main street, sea walk and public transport services.
