Vacation rentals with a patio in Banqiao District

Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

He picks you up to Taipei Station for late arrivals and is a really friendly host. It's also very fast to respond to messages. The house is close to the main street of Taipei, and there is a botanical garden nearby, which is great for a morning walk!

We had an absolutely fantastic 11-day stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described. The apartment is clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect— very well connected and close to local shops, cafés, and public transport. It made getting around incredibly easy. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a real home away from home, including a kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a super comfy bed. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and fast—always helpful and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to come back in the

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

Our priority for our short stay in (very loud) Taipei was to find a place where we would be able to recharge after a day of sightseeing, get away from the noise, and sleep well at night. Zev's apartment was a great fit for us. It's located in a side street with less traffic. The apartment has great noise-proof windows. It also has blackout curtains that make it pitch black at night. We didn't hear any neighbors apart from people walking down the hallway on the same floor. The apartment is very tiny - tinier that we expected but for a short 3-day stay it was fine. The bathroom is also small but with sufficient space to lay out all your stuff by the sink as well as take a comfortable shower in the cabin. The entire building is new. So new in fact that it wasn't fully finished inside. But we didn't hear any construction noise. It was nice to stay in a modern building in a modern apartment. Apart from not getting the Wi-Fi password the first day, communication with the host was fine.

The location is great, only a couple minutes walk from Zhongshan station. One bathroom looks a little dirtier than in the photos, but otherwise everything was very clean. We had some issues with check-in, but the host was responsive and the issues were resolved appropriately. Our group of 4 felt like there was ample space for all of us. Overall, I would stay here again.

The apartment was huge & spotless—everything felt new and well-maintained, which made settling in super comfortable. The views from the place were a nice surprise too, overlooking the vibrant city streets below and the river it really gave me that “I’m in Taipei” feeling every morning. The location couldn’t be more convenient. Just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in Ximending, plus only a short walk to the MRT station, +15 minutes To Taipei 101. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Taipei in Luxury western style condo.

Sulivon was exactly as described! Easy check in!! My family of four stayed there very comfortably and it was so spacious! Amenities were bountiful and helpful. Host is wonderful and very responsive! Before and after check in/out storage space is excellent and extremely helpful for travelers! Many tasty food options around. Easily got around using Uber. Happened to leave something behind, when we went back to gather our luggage from storage, the staff put our item on top of our luggage in the storage space. Grateful for the thoughtfulness!! Would stay at Sulivon again and highly recommend!! Thank you for your beautiful space! We loved it!!

The place was super spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet perfect for relaxing after a long day. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in.

The property is clean and tidy, with KTV. Electric mahjong table, large dining table etc.

Grace was an excellent host. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone wanting to stay in Taipei.

Clean and great location!

The location of this home is very lively, there is a lot of food, there is no worry, there is everything nearby, there is enough space in the house, the size of the house is definitely enough, the host is very nice and willing to communicate with us to help us check in and check out, if you want to find a place that is quieter and has good living opportunities around, I recommend this one

This is a great Airbnb. The internet works great. The bed is comfortable. The location is phenomenal. Snacks are provided. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This apartment is beautiful, and the host is very kind. The area is also very nice!

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.

OUr Family stayed for 4nights, the location exceeds what we have expected. the accessibility to the train station, 7/11, mall shops, family mart, foodcourts, bus stops is all in one place. it made our trip and transfer from one place to another more convenient since its all CONNECTED and easy transportation, considering were first timers in Taipei, it made us appreciated the transportation and accessibility to temporary residence. kudos to the effort of this Airbnb owner. five stars *****

Great location - Very quiet too Excellent place to stay

We had a great 4-day stay at this Airbnb in Taipei. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth visit. The air conditioning was strong—which we really appreciated during the warmer days—and having a washer in the unit was a huge plus for us while traveling. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for exploring the city and relaxing at the end of the day. The only thing we wished for was a smart TV, as it would have been nice to stream our own shows in the evenings. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again!
