Located at the foot of the Parang mountains and near the Șureanu Mountains, it is the perfect place for those eager to relax close to nature. And yes, it's completely made of wood. Did I also say that it is 30 min away from Transalpina, the highest road in Romania? Or that it's 10 minutes away from the first chairlift that takes you to the Parang resort? Who knows, maybe after a whole day of skiing you want to enjoy the tranquility offered by the tub*. *For the tub (en: hot tube) an extra fee is charged.

Situat intr-o zonă liniștită, istorica a Petroșaniului , unul dintre cele mai vechi cartiere muncitoreşti din Valea Jiului: „colonia” Petroşaniului. Este renovat intr-un still aparte, alb negru si extrem de cozy. Ai un pat generos cu saltea memory foam, o canapea extensibilă din lemn natural și per ansamblu un spațiu în care relaxarea este asigurată de Pufrelax. Priveliștea de pe balcon și de la geam.. este DE NEPREȚUIT! În timp ce bei un ceai poți admira masivul Cârja, din munții Parang.

The host was very helpful and friendly. She understood the fact that we could only check-in late and didn't mind it. The apartment was marvelous and so clean. We had everything we needed and more. The location was not as far from the ski resort as we thought. Good restaurants were maximum 15 minutes away (Mama Mia was our favorite). The grocery stores were nearby and there is also a gas pump less than one minute away.

Really incredible value. You get a whole spacious apartment for a bargain price. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, etc... Also Silvia is super helpful and friendly! The only thing to note is that the apartment does have quite a strong smell of cigarette smoke. You can't complain about that at this price, but if you're a non smoker you might find it a bit off putting. Otherwise this place is perfect!

Great stay in Petroșani! The apartment was very clean, with easy access and a convenient location close to restaurants. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast. Everything was well-organized, and the check-in process was smooth. Would definitely recommend!
