This accomodation is set apart by its tranquil location and available facilities. Charlie & Raewyn are your hosts at this small family run resort.Both Thai and English spoken. Set in a quiet location on the outskirts of Bangkok there are many buses and taxis to take you to the centre of the city(14kms away). We are excited to announce that the new Purple Line skytrain has opened nearby and can connect you to the airport (combination skytrain,underground and Purple line)as well as to the heart of the city. Our station is Wong Sawang. There is access also to the water bus pier at Nonthaburi. We are within walking distance to a shopping centre and food court. Nearby local food stalls sell local food or use the fully eqipped kitchen facilities and relax in the large dining /entertainment area. Other on site facilties include a swimming pool,exercise equipment, pool table,tranquil garden settings etc.There is also a large automatic washing machine for guest use.Free laundry powder is provided.

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing spot in the craziness of the city. You are in a very local village and it has so much charm. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. We used the communal kitchen every morning and it has everything you need. The pool and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. I will always stay here when we come through Bangkok. To get to the center of Bangkok takes awhile but if you get local taxis with a meter, it’s super reasonable. The MRT stop is a 17 minute walk from the house. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back.

The Nicha was such a sweetheart, super kind,best host ever!🥹 She helped with everything, even brought me mosquito spray🥹 The place has everything you need: a full first aid kit, all kitchen essentials, an air frier, and so many thoughtful little touches. Great TV, super comfy bed, and the outdoor area is just incredible - peaceful, green, and feels like home. It’s hard to believe a place this calm exists right in Bangkok. Super close to the center but feels like a weekend escape to your grandma’s cozy countryside house. That was hands down my best Airbnb experience. Very cute house, has everything you need, way more comfortable and cozy than a basic hotel.

We had a great stay at Patty's place. What we love moat is that it is Super close to BTS Rhatchathewi station- just a 2-minute walk. All of Bangkok's prime destinations are accessible through BTS. Siam Paragon, MBK is walkable too. Pratunam is also nearby. Perfect place! Check in is smooth. Patty guided and waited on us even we arrived late. The place is neat, homey and functional. Most fitting for budget friendly, guests. Patty is also responsive with our requests. We love coming home to her place after a long day in Bangkok. Once you are in any BTS station, it already feels like home. Would definitely book again next Thailand trip.👌
