Très bon accueil, la maison était très confortable et très propre dans un quartier sécurisé et calme. Seul petit soucis, pas de plaque de cuisson pour cuisiner. (Pas de gaz)

We had a fantastic stay! The owner was very approachable and attentive to all our needs and requests, making us feel truly welcomed. The place itself was incredibly comfortable and spotless, stocked with everything we needed for a easy and enjoyable stay. Plus, the location was very convenient, making it perfect for exploring the area. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The host was very hospitable and very responsive. Great location for Bangkok visiting. The only issues we had was the amount of flights of stairs the property has especially if you have heavy suitcases.

Wonderful stay, very spacious and large rooms, filled with all amenities. Buay is an amazing host and does everything to render all the help she can. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still well connected to it. Highly recommended for peaceful stays for families.

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem erreicht man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Königspalast, Wat Pho oder die Khaosan Road gut zu Fuß. Handtücher, Wasser und Snacks wurden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt und die Zimmer bieten genug Platz, sodass die Unterkunft perfekt für Gruppen bis 7 Personen ist.

Location is amazing. This is a very good place, if I go back to Bangkok with more people I would definitely consider this place again. The communication was great too. The only thing is that the place has a lot of stairs. I went there with three old women (65+) and they were kind of scared of the amount of stairs, but it was all good. No accidents. Thank you for everything!

The house is very good and has clean beds and linens. The house has excellent laundry equipment. The host is very gracious, responsive and provides many good amenities. It is a good value.

Samornrat war unheimlich hilfsbereit und antwortet sofort, wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten, den Ort zum Airbnb zu finden und mit ihrer Hilfe war dies kein Problem, auch zu späteren Stunden. 🙏 Das Reihenhaus hat wirklich alles, ist sehr gepflegt und in einem bewachten wohn-komplex! Hier ist es gut, wenn man mobil ist, oder auch gerne mal 30 Minuten läuft, um zum nächst gelegenen Ort zu kommen. Für mich war dies ein morgendlicher Spaziergang … Klare Empfehlung, wenn man sich von den Trubel in Bangkok zurückziehen möchte ❣️ Danke für alles 🙏🤗

Wonderful host who's very responsive and polite. Definitely one of the best host if not the best host I had for Airbnb. The place was clean and smell nice especially the bed rooms.

We stayed from June 19–22 and had a wonderful experience. Thanya was a great host—very responsive and flexible, even accommodating a last-minute date change due to flight issues. She provided clear directions (including in Thai) and allowed us to drop off our bags early while the place was still being cleaned, even handing us the key early. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with Netflix. The location is amazing—just 50m from BTS Ratchathewi and one stop from major malls. Lots of food nearby, and a nice café (Sam Café) next door that's perfect for e-hailing pick-ups. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Great location. Cute walkable neighborhood, lots of great restaurants and markets within a 15 minute walk. House is a great size for your value, has most of the amenities that you could wish for and was very clean. Highly recommended

The host are very responsive and supportive. The location is close to so many tourist attractions. Chinatown, Sampeng whole sale , Bo Bad Market , MBK, Central World, Platinum Mall, lumbini park. Great location , workable to many places. Highly recommended. Worth the pay for family, if you arr traveling in groups.

Lovely private place, short walk from BTS and has some lovely cafes and bars right on the doorstep. Host was very responsive and helpful.

It was a great place to stay. The host was amazing and paid very well attention to their guest. We asked and she delivered. The beds were clean and AC worked. Pool was kept clean as well. Though there was major construction next to the building. It was VERY disturbing. They would be working till 11pm at night and start work again at 4am in the morning. JACKHAMMERING!?!. 4AM IN THE MORNING?!?. yeah it didn't go well. Just a warning for others planning on staying here. The place itself was amazing and great location with plenty of great food and good host. It's not the place or host. It's the construction.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay on Ratchaprarop Road in Bangkok. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the Airport Rail Link and easy access to Pratunam Market and other central attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi, which made my stay comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with directions and local tips. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a quiet and convenient stay in the heart of Bangkok. Great value for money, and I would definitely return!

this is the best air BnB I've ever stayed in with the best host I've ever come across and I genuinely cannot wait to come back. the host was so accommodating to our requests and made us feel welcome from the first moment. the space was beautiful to cook in and relax. wait till you see the outside room with hot tub and relaxing space - it's an oasis! bed was extremely comfy with the perfect mattress and the balcony was absolutely stunning. beautiful period villa which was very modern. the area was quiet but walkable to the nearest mall around 10 mins away and theres a cute bar) restaurant literally 2 mins away. a must book. thanks Natt for having us 10/10
