The flat looks exactly like the photos—perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It’s located on a higher floor of an older building close to Chinatown, which initially made me feel a bit uneasy, but that changed the moment I stepped inside. The stunning river view immediately took my breath away. Just two floors below, there’s a shared patio where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets across the river. The view was so pleasant that I ended up staying in bed all day during a thunderstorm just to watch it. Lily is very responsive and helpful. She also has a two-bedroom apartment next door with a spacious living room and panoramic views—ideal for families or small groups. I’d love to come back again next time!

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

This place is very comfortable and clean. we do not regret at all booking and staying here, starting from the host and all the staff are also very helpful. One day if we visit Bangkok again we will stay here again, the right recommendation for relatives and family later if they visit Bangkok.

Such good condominium we booked, it is the best one amomg the total four condominiums we booked for this Thailand journey. We are very satisfy and enjoy living here. Also we appreciate the kindly service from the room owner and his butler, one nice lady.

Were privileged to rent this condominium, complete furnishings, good bed, full bathroom with (rain)shower, and bath......and beautiful view of the chaopraya! And then the pool on the 6th floor, really beautiful! There was also a complete gym,.....but did not use it. Free boat service to the other side included. Nath is a superhost!, always responded immediately to questions and immediately thought along in solutions and arranged it! We have been to Bangkok several times, but this time it was completely top! With this I also want to mention the staff, such as the ladies of the cleaning, security for their work, kindness and service orientation, nothing was too much for them!! We had a great time and really can't think of what could be better,.....again Mr. Nath, thank you so much for the hospitality!!

The location was nice, and above all, the hosts responded quickly, so I had a very comfortable stay! It was nice that they took care of my luggage and that I could use 2 swimming pools!🙌🏻🙌🏻❤

Host was very responsive to questions, before the trip and during the trip. The accommodation was nothing but exceptional. I left a pair of shorts in the apartment, which the host found after I had left. Host still made effort to contact me and i was able to receive the shorts back. Thank you so much for the stay.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!! Everything in the apartment is perfect! Location is amazing, you have everything you could need within a 5-minute walk. 7/11s, great Thai food open late, other restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The apartment is big, as modern as can be, and so clean. Very comfortable, great beds, big showers with perfect water pressure, lightning-fast WiFi, multiple TVs, comfortable couch, big living room with great dining room table, a desk, big closets, perfect washing machine, chairs, etc. The balcony is great with a nice view. The air condition is central throughout the whole apartment - you can set it to the exact temperature that you want! It is a quiet building, you won't hear any neighbors. The building is great too - security guards very nice. The host is great and responds and helps very quick. The cleaning lady is amazing, made for a great check-in and she was very helpful. It does not get any better than this, I highly recommend you book this Airbnb!!!

We recently stayed in a cozy apartment in Bangkok — everything went just great! The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with everything you need for your vacation. I especially liked the pool — spacious, clean, with a cozy recreation area, where it is pleasant to spend time after walking around the city. I would like to mention the host separately — very responsive, always in touch, any questions were resolved quickly and without problems. The location is convenient, many attractions can be easily reached. A great place for a comfortable stay!

Perfect place for our stay cation. We went out for a fun evening with great food, followed by drinks at a new bar and walked back to our accommodation for a perfect night's sleep. Great location and very comfy bed. The room looks like it has been decorated by a professional team who know their stuff. We especially liked the balcony for morning coffee.

I really like Jane's apartment! The indoor environment is beautiful, with very good interior decoration, and it is comfortable with air conditioning and air purifier. The indoor independent washing machine with drying function is very convenient, which is really needed in the summer in Thailand. The daily necessities in the bathroom and kitchen are sufficient and easy to get. The location of the apartment is quite good, where is not far from Emsphere shopping mall.

The place is nice and as described. Communication with Charmaine is very good. The accommodation is in a beautiful area with the possibility to explore some attractions within walking distance.

Stayed for 5 nights, perfect for a group. 2 toilets and very beautiful and spacious apartment . The facility had a gym and a sky infinity pool as well which made lazy days enjoyable. In terms of convenience, it is a 200m walk away from the train station which got us to many places throughout our stay. Will definitely visit again.

Ive lived in Bangkok for 4 yrs & visit frequently. This was one of my favorites so far. Great location. Quick communication. Good space. Enjoyed using the gym. If you come to Thailand, you know it’s also amazing when the bed is on the softer side (some places are hard as rocks!). Would quickly recommend! 🙏

The location was so nice because it was close to Asok Station, and the house was clean, so I didn't see a single bug. The swimming pool was clean, and the bed was spacious, so I slept well. I recommend it!

Hosts were meticulous in their enquiries before allowing us to be accepted to stay. They were very prompt in their replies and will work within their means to ensure the stay was memorable. Location was right within walking distance to both BTS & MRT lines. The home is a good balance of near yet peaceful from the raucous nightlife.
