Great place for family to stay peacefully

I loved the home and the location. Really nice area for family and kids.

This is a really comfortable property. I spent a few days here as part of my first time traveling to Bangkok and I was not disappointed. It's important to note that this location is at least 45 mins to an hour outside of the city of Bangkok, but with apps like "Grab" it is not difficult (or expensive) to get travel back and forth, or groceries or takeout food delivered. You are in an urban neighborhood though, so if you are someone who's self-conscious of living among the locals - honestly this may not be for you. But in my experience as the only black American in the neighborhood, the locals were extremely nice and those that spoke english even helped me find things like ATM's in the area when I was walking and needed cash. Host was very communicative and helped whenever I needed it. Wi-Fi was also quick. All in all a great stay and somewhere I would definitely consider booking again, considering the price and matching of the photos to the listing. THANKS EID!!

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful new house! The property was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed. The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to City centre and Airport. The host was incredibly kind, responsive. The highlight of our stay was cozy living room, a spacious balcony with nice views and stunning kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The room is clean and tidy with kitchen and cutlery.The host was responsive, the room did not have a hair dryer, and after communicating with the host, it was quickly arranged to deliver.The neighborhood is safe and has a public swimming pool and gym.Very happy check in trip.

The cottage is clean and functional, with a gorgeous view of the surrounding garden and pond! Across a short wooden footbridge, there is a cafe with great Thai food and drinks. Malee was incredibly helpful with accommodation, providing room service, information, and help with anything I needed. Thank you!

Very nice and comfy house. It’s safe, beautiful and quiet. Better to have a car because there’s no nearby shops or cafes. Perfect place to work from home

We had a comfortable 2 week stay at Gunyaparts home. The home is a quick Grab ride away from the Mega Bangna Mall. We went there daily to eat, shop, watch a movie and even bowled a game as we wanted to stay closer to the airport to wrap up paperwork for our dogs travel. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. it is very quiet, well secured with 24/7 security guards. The best part was having access to swim laps in the the very clean and well maintained pool everyday. Gunyanpart was very communicative and helpful for anything I needed highly recommended stay!

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

This condo is in a great location, right next to Central Bang Na Mall and a Big C store. Plenty of restaurants are nearby and a 7-Eleven is right across the street. Thinley is the most responsive, helpful, and friendly host we've ever had. The condo is absolutely huge by Bangkok standards. The gym and swimming pool are one floor down and they are very nice as well. I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at this house. It is new, very clean, and quite spacious, perfect for our family of six. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I really liked this house, especially because of several important things for me: 1. The parking space is very large — big enough for a Ford Raptor. You can fully open all the doors so every passenger can get out comfortably, and there's enough room to open the tailgate and unload all the luggage. You can walk around the vehicle without any obstacles, which is very important to me. 2. The mattresses are great — comfortable and supportive. I had no back pain and slept very well. 3. The house was clean, with no bad smells in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, or the upstairs bathroom. It’s clear the host has a lot of experience — everything necessary was provided, and there was nothing unnecessary or cluttered. 4. All the air conditioners worked perfectly. 5. A 24/7 7-Eleven store is very close, which is super convenient.

I enjoyed my stay at this private house in a secured compound. The property has everything needed to enjoy your stay!
