Great stay, excellent host! Clean stay, great value, and clear communication. The only problem was I could not extend! ;) would definitely book again!

Great apartment. Clean and smell fresh. Apartment was on ground floor nearby to laundry room. Walking distance to the nearest 7-11 ad well as BTS (Bangkok train station). But we always take Bolt or Grab ride. Had to wait at the main alley for the ride coz the driver gets confused on where to find the place but it was no trouble as it's a very very short walk to the main alley like 20 meter or so. Tara, the host was always responsive. Will definitely stay here again

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Lebua State Tower during our trip to Bangkok, and I must say it was one of the most memorable stays we had, largely thanks to our fantastic host, Mr. Park, and the exceptional quality of his Airbnb. From the very beginning, Mr. Park was an absolute gem to communicate with. He responded to all my inquiries quickly and thoroughly, providing clear directions for check-in and helpful tips about the area and local recos. Upon arrival, Mr. Park ensured that everything in the room was in perfect condition for our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of, far beyond what you might typically expect from an Airbnb host. The room itself is simply breathtaking. The unit is located in the iconic Lebua State Tower. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the spectacular view of the Chao Phraya River and the cityscape will stay with you long after your trip.

Wonderful Pent house apartment! Great hosts. Very responsible and proactive. We had an incredible time. Everything was just as described. The hosts go out of their way to cater to the guests. The interiors of the apartment had a touch of European influence. Which was very refreshing and warm. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. My month-long stay at BeeBee was fabulous! The functional, clean, well decorated and perfectly furnished apartment is in a modern, clean, secure and perfectly equipped building! The accommodation is a short walk from the Metro, making it easy to get around. BeeBee was always very responsive and gave me all the information I needed. This is an apartment that I would recommend and where I plan to return during any other stays in Bangkok!

The house is clean and nicely arranged including packets of coffee which is a nice touch. The building is clean and easy to get into and super-well located. The host checked on us by text to make sure things were going smoothly. Importantly, the AC worked well. Having the bedroom surrounded by glass partitions makes the place look bigger (it is small but fine for 2 people) and keeps the bedroom cool for sleeping as the bedroom has its own AC. One small issue was the elevator not responding and once we figured out that there is no need to use the key fob to go to the first floor, the issue was resolved. (A suggestion for future guest instructions). I would stay here again.

Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

As always everything is perfect

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great location, less than 5 minutes to the BTS. There are lots of hotels within the area so ensure your driver stops at the Trinity Complex, not at Trinity Silom. Great skyline day and night time view.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Super loved our 6 day stay at JJ Suites! The unit was way more spacious than we expected. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Big plus for the complimentary box too! The location couldn’t be more perfect, it was super convenient! No regrets.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

I only have good things to say about Punusa and her apartment. Comfortable, well-furnished, and the view was excellent. Located in the heart of Ari, one of Bangkok's best foodie neighborhoods. Very fun and walkable, with eating options at all price points.

beautifully designed practically located lots of eateries and spas right at doorstep. very posh location and also the residence is pretty posh with respectable people around. very well equipped kitchen and appliances. the instructions were very well communicated. easy to walk to other places lots of green cover around. and high rise with amazing views.

Located in a clean high rise building, this is a great place to stay with a side view of the river. Instructions are clear and the room is very clean with accessibility into the city being relatively easy with grab. One thing one should take into consideration, esp. those who are seeking long-term wfh, is the slower and inconsistent internet. As long as one is aware of that, it is a great overall value. Thanks!

Very happy to stay in this house, although the street outside is a little noisy, but I can understand, although the surrounding buildings are a little old, it does not affect the living experience, the interior of the house is clean and tidy, all the equipment is very complete, there is a feeling of home, no unfamiliarity, the host is very thoughtful and prepared a lot of things, I used a lot of laundry powder, I'm really sorry, so I bought a new bag to apologize!If I have to say, the disadvantage is that the sofa always creaks, I'm afraid it will affect the downstairs neighbors, but overall it's good, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Bangkok, thank you
