The garden-style yard in the homestay is very beautiful and is a good place to take photos.Surrounded by no outsiders other than our guests makes it very safe and quiet.8 mins walk to MRT bango station, 711 is open 24 hours outside the alley, making your travel and shopping more convenient. Turn right out of the alley, about 800 meters, there is also a bus boat pier. You can take a boat to many attractions, such as the Ferris Wheel Night Market, Siam Paragon Mall, etc., so that you can experience a different alternative way of traveling.There are also some buses around the neighborhood to choose from according to your destination. Our homestay is about 12 kilometers from the Grand Palace, about 20 minutes by taxi, less than 10 kilometers from Khaosan Road Bar Street, about 20 minutes by taxi, about 10 kilometers from the Erawan Buddha and Siam Paragon, which is not far away, providing great convenience for your trip. Such a nice hostess! Was always available on the phone and greeted us while we checked in. Recommended things to do and places to visit. The place is beautiful and better than what it looks on the photos. Also, very clean! Worth every penny 🙌🏽 Felt right at home; next time we’re in BKK we certainly are staying at Baan Nitcha 🤍 PS: thank you for letting us check out late 🙏🏽

I have stayed at Genie's place many times before, and the high standard offered remains unchanged. Ideal for couples and families seeking a haven of relaxing peace and tranquility, away from the tourists trail; and offering a lovely local Thai experience. The host is so kind, welcoming and is promptly responsive. The site has several different sized individual cabin style well equipped detached residences, with alfresco dining areas, set round small ponds. You would feel truly immersed in nature waking up to the relaxing sounds of bird chirping and water fountains, seeing chipmunks, fish, frogs, turtles and cats in a beautifully maintained gardens with mature trees, shrubs, flowers beds and a children's play areas. MRT Fai Chai and Chao Phraya boat services are within walking distance. You are minutes away from extensive food options. Wand Lang Market and a fresh wet morning market are within walking distance too. The site is secure and safe with lovely live in staff. Highly recommend
