Vacation rentals with a patio in Bandon

I enjoyed the stay and nice surroundings. Close to bike trails and hiking. Very comfy and quiet place. Would highly recommend .

Nice, fully functional apartment unit. It's large in space . Bed is comfy. Would stay again. A lot of light that shines thru the windows in the front and back, and that is welcoming and makes for a great homey feeling. There are good blinds on all windows to block out the light for sleep. There is a breakfast nook area near the kitchen with a couple of chairs that look out the windows for a cute view of the town. It's an old building, which means there are creaks and you can hear other units. Personally for me, it's not loud enough to be an issue at all. I just mention this because if you are the kind of person who needs 100% quietness, you might have issues. Bring ear plugs. Google Maps provides good directions right to the front of the house. What would have been much appreciated in the check in instructions were more details on finding the parking in the rear of the house, and the accompanying directions on how to find the back door of the unit.

This place was easy to be cozy in. I love quality linens & towels. The views are fantastic. Lots to do in every direction. Big thumbs up! The hosts are wonderful!

This place was cute and spacious! It looked just like the photos and was bigger than I imagined. Instructions on parking, entry, and anything extra were clear. The kitchen had everything you could need, including a real coffee maker OR a French press! It was located in a peaceful neighborhood, but also walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect, kitchen was stocked with everything to make meals, my only thing was that the house was really creaky and could hear when the unit next to me took every step throughout the day and night

My husband and I love to come to Gold Beach for our anniversary. We were very excited to find this place and very much enjoyed the beautiful views and surroundings. The home is beautiful redone and having a view of the ocean from every room is a plus! Cindy was always very helpful and even let us know when there was some whales that we might be able to see!

If you're staying in Reedsport this is THE spot! It's in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and the inside is beautiful. It's very tastefully appointed and the owners have clearly put so much thought into curating an inviting space for guests. Airbnb's can be hit or miss but this is a resounding hit! Book now! The photos of this house do not do it justice - the house and property were amazing. Super private property with amazing views. House was much more spacious than I imagined. The kitchen was so well equipped with all the trinkets you could possibly imagine…we used the instapot, food processor, immersion blender, espresso machine, pizza oven, and loved trying out an induction cooktop! Everything in the house was super high end and felt supremely luxurious considering the price we paid.

The Mulligan House was a great place to stay and we are going back in November. Joe and Ashley were quick to respond. It was a great pleasure to talk to Joe and he responded quickly to a small issue we had. Would recommend this place over and over. Thank Joe & Ashley.

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home. Lots of added amenities, making it nice to enjoy our stay. Within walking distance of many nice stores and restaurants and the beach is right around the corner. I would recommend this place to anyone passing by and wanting a safe place to rest their heads. Our group of 8 golfers thoroughly enjoyed this house. it was spotless clean, beds were big and comfy. There is a putting green and chipping areas out back, a bonus for golfing trip goers. The location could not have been better, just 5 minutes "off campus" from the resort. Everything worked out really well. Tanya suggested a private cook for our group and we ate in 2 of our 3 nights, while playing billiards and watching the NBA playoffs - hugely superior over restaurant reservations. The cook was Danielle "Red" Benjamin and I cannot say enough good things about Red. Awesome food, service and company.

We really felt like we were right at home. The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. It was my favorite of all the homes we stayed in. Many of the homes we stayed in had the bare minimum of furniture and decor. With not enough seating for the number of beds. This one had full decor of couches and dining room with plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy each other’s company. It was amazing. The decor brought so much personality and the being at home feeling. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

We had a great stay here for 8 golfers! Couldn’t be any closer to Bandon dunes golf resort and is less than one minute away from Sheep’s Ranch. Very private and a great place to be for a Bandon trip
