The lake is spring fed and great for swimming and fishing. Hiking trails on multi-level 54 acre ranch.

Update: The lake water level is really really low right now, most areas dry, we need some major rain! Quiet, peaceful, walking distance to pebble beach park. Private covered SMALL pool (Not heated) on property. NO PARTIES! You’ll love your time in our tiny home. 24 minutes away from Bandera Texas ( Cowboy Capital of the World) close to San Antonio, Helotes, and Boerne. Our little piece of paradise is located in Lakehills Texas in a one acre property with lakefront (but unfortunately the lake is dry). Enjoy a peaceful Hill Country getaway. Our cabin was built in 2022, with 240sqf a very quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The space is available for camping, enjoy bird watching and our friendly deer.

We go to Cowboy Mardi Gras every year and this was our first time staying at Michael's home. We really enjoyed it. Nice home, very clean with everything you need and very close to town. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Bandera.

A spacious deck is presented, overlooking serene landscapes. Comfortable chairs are arranged along the railing, inviting relaxation. Sunlight filters through the clouds, casting a warm glow on the area and highlighting the expansive view of the dry lakebed and surrounding hills.

Excellent stay! Even thouhj the lake is dry, we had a blast exploring the dry lake bed and just lounging around the house. The hosts were wonderful - quick to respond and so accommodating! Great spot for our 3 families for a long weekend.

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. Truly amazing! From swimming to fishing and hiking. This property does not disappoint! Peaceful at night, fishing was amazing, kids caught lots of bass, bluegils etc. House is large where we did not feel on top of one another. Highly recommend this property!

Janel’s lake cabin was amazing. Great views. Plenty of space. Everything we needed for our stay.

Charles and his home was very lovely! He was very accommodating. It was extremely homey. It was super peaceful, very clean, and very charming. It was roomy and great for kids as well. Our 4 year old had a blast. He didn’t want to leave (who would!). They even let us use their ATV on the property, which was so nice to do a morning and evening ride on. He is close to a lot of great restaurants also. We did quite a bit of cooking, but always love to explore the area. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything needed. We will be back again!

Great location, very peaceful, enjoyed the 4 day stay. Friendly neighbors & exceeded our expectations. We had 14 guest and everyone was accommodated very comfortably. 10/10 recommend.

The house was beautiful, clean and very described. I felt bad for asking where the keys were, if I only had I read the message again. We enjoyed our anniversary, the neighbors were very nice. The view was amazing . All the amenities described as indicated. Thank you for letting us stay on your beautiful home. Very modernized
