Lovely beachfront house with amazing view in Lagun

Our house is a semidetached house in a condominium of 17 buildings, called Lagoon Ocean Resort . This is no typical resort with a reception, guest entertainment and so on. It is a quiet retreat, with access only for residents and guests. You find a parking for your car and a swimming pool with shower, deckchairs and a typical palapa that offers shade. This is all in a well-maintained compound with blossoming plants. Nearby are the sandy beach and two retaurants /bars with affordable prices.

An outdoor terrace is furnished with soft seating and a coffee table, overlooking a landscaped garden. Sunlight filters through the pergola above, creating a play of light and shadows. Palm trees and vibrant greenery surround the area, with a glimpse of the sea in the background.

The Shore buildings are newly built and this apartment offers a modern atmosphere combined with idyllic views over the tropical garden/pool area and offers privacy as well. The apartment is easily accessible as it is located on the ground floor. Free beach access is included, as well the use of the private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

I aim to make you feel comfortable and relaxed by providing a nice place to stay. Take a break and unwind at this bay view minimalistic studio. Located in an upscale residential neighborhood. This place is perfect for solo travelers or the minimalistic type as the rooms are not large. If you won’t rent a car, this location will not be convenient as it’s inside a residential neighborhood with no bus stop inside.
