I felt welcomed as soon as I booked my trip! Tom and Bamboo are friendly, helpful and very quick with their responses. The house is as described, the building is just next to Parkson mall giving you multiple food options right there. They even had a very efficient laundry service that you can pay and avail. I had some confusion with the television which was resolved immediately and over messages! They even helped me with a very good agent for train tickets to Luang Prabang. You can always count on Tom and Bamboo for helpful tips, local visit and eating suggestions as per your requirement. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again whenever I a. back in Vientiane.

I was very pleased with this room. The host was very responsive and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable, the location is good and I felt safe. It was a little bit noisy from the apartment upstairs, I could hear footsteps, but it wasn’t a big deal. Great overall!

A very quiet place looking out to a garden. The employees work around the premises all the time and keep it clean and all of them are very kind. The pool is kept clean and managed very well. The bathroom has a bit of sewer smell and the toilet seat was loosen. Other than that the place is perfect. It’s about 15 minutes from the city center, so you would need a transportation.

Clean room. Big kitchen and bathroom. If don't have customers, host can make flexible check in or check out for you. So many instructions about taxi, Lou dry, food delivery etc. Really helpful. Before booking u can check room #6. It's your neighbor(can understand whether you will share the kitchen and toilet or no). Thanks for everything🙏

Loved staying here. The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean. There are towels, toiletries, hair dryer, and a top load washing machine on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, kettle and cookware. The wifi is stable and fast. There is a shopping mall (with restaurants and food court) and supermarket right next to the condo, and a 24/7 grocery store downstairs. They accept QR payment as well, very convenient. The host is very welcoming, helpful and responsive. Would return.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying stay at Red's place. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and I experienced the peace and privacy that I was looking for during the week that I was there. The location afforded safe walking along the local streets, and directly across the road was a sports field where I could go and enjoy being on grass and touching in with nature. The caretaker on site during working hours was exceptionally nice and cooperative and always responsive positively to my interests. Having free access to a bicycle and/or small electric scooter for a limited period of time was a plus and a pleasure to the place. Without hesitation I offer Red's place a very high recommendation. I would be pleased to stay there again another time.
