The window offers a fantastic view of the castle, which is located one hundred meters away - it has a wonderful swimming pool, sports ground, Livonian Ordeen castle ruins and a couple of cafes. You can enjoy gorgeous sunsets through the window, and the new family of swans is often guests- prepare some treats.

The boathouse is located on the Alūksne Lake/ city centre. There is walking trails, cafes, swimming spots, sports field, a children’s playground, the Alūksne Castle Park and historical objects within walking distance.
