Cabin, one hour drive from Tromsø

3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. One bedroom on the ground floor(bed 120 cm). Two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1: (both beds 90 cm). Bedroom 2: (one bed 150 cm, one 90 cm, one 75 cm). Floorheating in bathroom and living room. Any type of heating is included in the rent. The area under 'The Lyngen Alps' (Lyngsalpene) are popular both for winter and summer vacations. In the dark months in mid Winter you can view the 'Northern Lights' (Aurora Borealis). When the darkest Winter is changing in to longer days the skiers appears in the spectacular mountains surrounding the house.  If you want to go skiing, you go outside, put on your skies and of you go. There is a restaurant/bar that have a seasonal opening hours. The local grocery store is 5 km away. In Winter the local husky farm can give you a sledgeride into the picturesque surroundings, or you can go horseback riding in the Summer. During the Summer you can try the good fishing opportunities in the area. Fishing in lakes, river, creeks and the fjord is very popular. You can even do this all day and night, due to the midnightsun. The international airport in Tromsø is just 70km away. The train station in Narvik is just above 2 hours drive away. There are local buses daily, except Saturdays. Finland is 1hr 45 min drive away, and Sweden is 3 hours drive away. This is a place to relax an spend time in nature. Perfect to just sit outside watching the Northern lights crossing the sky. The owners of the house live nearby, they speak English and some German. They will try to answer all of your questions as best they know how.

Cozy older house with barbecue room in beautiful surroundings

Here you will find tranquility and can enjoy beautiful nature in lovely surroundings. The fishing water is very close to the listing and takes 2 minutes to walk there. Barbecue room where you can make a fire and barbecue if you want. Helpful with firewood. A great hiking terrain in the area summer and winter. Possibility to borrow ice drills and fishing equipment if desired. The northern lights are often dancing and are a lovely spectacle for those who have an interest in it. The residence is 171 sqm and has several zones that provide very nice logistics and flexibility regardless of how many you are. The area can offer great sea and hiking areas to forest and mountains, as well as spectacular conditions for the northern lights at the cabin. Walking distance to food store, beach/fishing, Sandsvannet, barbecue hut, ski run and soccer field. Malangen Resort and dog sledding is a small drive about 7 min. Tromsø is about 1 hour by car.

From the big balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the fjord, great northern lights in the winter time and the midnight sun in the summer time. There are great Mountains around the farm and free use of our Sauna close to the water, our barbecue grill as well as many bonfire places all around the farm.

Large apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, good standard. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. It includes linens, towels, various soaps and possibility to wash clothes. The place is perfect for northern lights watching and nature experiences with proximity to the Lyngen alps. The site is located directly below the northern light belt with little light pollution, 50 minutes from Tromsø. It is recommended to rent a car and we offer a discount deal at Hertz.

Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

Mihkkal's place is perfect for skitouring. Lot's of easily accessible mountains within 30 min drive. It has all the amenities even for a longer trip, Troms is only half an hour away. Mihkkal was very friendly and nice guy, thank you for a great holiday!

Elise's house is perfect and very tastefully decorated. It is very cozy, clean and it has a huge window in the living room from which you have a great view of the fjord. The kitchen has everything you need and the location is perfect for watching northern lights and we had the pleasure 3 nights in a row. All in all......a 100 percent recommendation......Thanks to Elise for this beautiful place
