Everything is new (brand new house, newly built, new furniture and appliances), super comfortable, close to the beach (only 300 m) and the best restaurant on our coast, there is also a market, bakery, convenience store, pharmacy and other restaurants nearby. Large swimming pool (6.0 x 2.4 x 1.4), well-ventilated and sunny house (north-facing). Very high ceiling with slab. This leaves the interior of the house very cool in the summer.
