The region is quiet and conducive for those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the big beaches, but close enough to shop or go to restaurants. The convenience of the pool in the house and the sea just across the street are a great option for the whole family. Important: Out of respect for the fact that most of the neighborhood is elderly, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
