Great house! We went in 5 people and a Pet and loved it! Have privacy, house all surrounded, my dog can be loose in the courtyard, we went with 2 cars, super spacious garage fell on the 2 cars and would still fit another one of so spacious that it is the house! The house besides being super clean and spacious, it is very well airy, it was very hot days but indoors it was very nice! The location then doesn't even speak, in front of the sea, we didn't even carry the slipper, we just left the house and cross the street! It has nearby market, fruit tree and is close to the centrinho too! We were on foot to everywhere! We only drove off for dinner or shopping in Ararangua (which is also super close) Super Indico's stay, I'll be back if possible! OBS: we had rented an apartment in the center for months and a day left before the trip canceled and left us in hand, Manfredo saved us because we booked it on a Friday night to go out on Sunday morning! City answered very quickly!

Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. The apartment of Mrs. Letícia matches the listing photos very well. Super cozy, clean, organized, close to the center, restaurants and one block from Praia da Cal and two blocks from Lagoa do Violão. In the apartment, all the necessary household utensils are available for the stay. Mrs. Letícia and Mrs. Carla was super attentive during our reception and stay. We hope to return soon.

There are three things I usually keep in mind to go back to a place on vacation: - The comfort of the apartment - Distance to the beach - The people of the place. Giovana's place certainly has all of those. It's Excellent!!! The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, it's not missing anything. The distance to the beach is a few steps, it's like opening the back door and on your patio having a sea. The beach is super quiet and family, nice temperature water and medium intensity waves. Giovana and her husband have been excellent hosts, always at our disposal, and the people in the area are amazing!!! The super friendly and supportive neighbors, the businesses in the area were quite close, there is a very good bakery a few meters away, pantry, the nearest supermarket is very well stocked and accessible in prices. For all this and many more things we will definitely be back. Thanks Giovana!

Very nice stay. The house exceeded expectations. The location is great, very close to the beach. The beach is quiet with wide strip of sand. Manuel received us very well, responding quickly, very attentive.

the apartment complies with the one described in the ad , is exactly 100 steps from the very quiet beach to rest with the family , some shops near where you find everything from the nescessary to the day, and the centrinho is about 8 minutes by car very quiet too , there is a market that is between the center and the apartment, about 5 minutes by car that is very good the prices even with some products even cheaper than in my city. the gentleman who lives in the lower part of the apartments, is very receptive and attentive , and gives hints of places to go from, if you go, I leave a hint that he passed us, visiting the hill of the convents is a half hour by car from the apartment but the place is very beautiful valley apena and you can enjoy to spend the day at Araranguá beach that is nearby that is very beautiful too , but already notice that the bars around the beach is very salty the prices , so for those who want to save you can take some snacks is your choice.

Great place, quiet and very spacious! The fact of being beachfront gave us a lot of amenity! Dona Fátima, who welcomed us, very dear and friendly, willing to help at all times! We had a few issues with the electrical issue, but they've been resolved! Simple place, without much luxury, but that was extremely comforting for our days off!!

The host was totally willing and present, we communicated without problems despite the language barrier, the apartment exceeded expectations, the location could not be better, the beach is 20 meters away, supermarkets and businesses in the area, it is a seasonal resort, so it is understandable that commercial activity is somewhat reduced during the week, security did not present any problems, everything was very quiet.

Sérgio's apartment is very comfortable, my grandmother fulfilled her dream of living for 3 weeks facing the sea, with her feet in the sand, in a safe and very quiet place.
