Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. The house is at the foot of the Saint Quiriace collegiate church which plunges into the garden. It's an old canon's house. It has been tastefully restored. It has crazy charm and an incredible soul. It is located on a very quiet shaded square and the garden allows you to rest while admiring the dome of the collegiate church. You'll feel right at home here. The furniture has been antiqued and the decor is very neat. The beds are of hotel quality. Linens are old linen.

Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).
