It has a platform queen bed, floor to ceiling closets, a fireplace heater, a flat screen tv, and opens onto the backyard and hot tub. - Outdoor spaces are shared with the front house. - Bathroom with a large shower and rain shower head. - Wireless internet and netflix. - In the heart of Culver City, next to Sony Studios, 5 minute bikeride to downtown Culver City, 2 minute drive to 405, 5 minutes to 10 Freeway, and 4 miles to Venice Beach. 1 block to a great park with tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and pool. - This location is convenient for day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, the world famous Getty Center and Villa; Pan Pacific Park, specific local hiking trails, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Downtown Culver City nightlife and restaurants - Street parking is not a problem. Private studio room behind the main house with a dedicated gate to get to the back house. It has fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster-oven, kitchen utensils. Bathroom is big with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels and hair dryer are provided. Be aware that there is no stove to cook and parking is on the street with parking permit provided.

This cozy studio is perfect for someone on an adventure or visiting for business. Culver City is centrally located near all that L.A. has to offer. The studio has air conditioning and heat, a private bathroom, queen size murphy bed and drawers. And, to make your stay more comfortable, enjoy the Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. There is free street parking close to the house. There are stairs to enter the studio (no elevator). I do have a dog who is playful.

I had a wonderful stay at Adrian’s place. The guest suite was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a big cycling trip down the coast. The bed was super comfy and Adrian went above and beyond in his hospitality. There is a Trader Joe’s, coffee shop, and plenty of restaurants just steps away from the house, with the beach just a short Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Loved staying with Angela. Such a great, friendly and mindful person. The room was simple but the bed was really comfortable - all I needed. Thanks for having me and thanks for washing and folding my clothes. Bus station was right in front of the door. 20min walk to the metro but you can get everywhere (Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios etc.) - just takes time and patience sometimes

I recently visited Amelia’s place with my partner for the first time, though I had stayed with her back in 2019 and have such warm memories from that visit. Amelia was just as kind and welcoming as I remembered. She treated us to delicious breakfasts — pancakes and tortillas, which felt like such a luxury! The apartment is clean, playfully decorated, and full of interesting books and great travel guides. And the location couldn’t be better if you want to explore Venice and the surrounding areas. We would absolutely recommend staying at Amelia’s place!

Beautiful home with all the amenities that made my stay a great experience. And Linda is responsive to any questions or needs. The bed is huge and comfortable. It’s very quiet. Room has your own little fridge too. Her and I shared the kitchen, which I made coffee every morning. There’s a washer and dryer too! I’d stay here again, thanks Linda!

This was my first stay in an AirBnB in someone's home. I was a bit nervous. Randy did everything to calm whatever concerns I had. My privacy was completely respected my entire stay. I enjoyed having someone to chat with over coffee in the morning and he made me a Latte on several mornings He couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. I'll definitely be returning for my next trip to Los Angeles!
