In Buis, discover buildings that are several hundred years old nestled in the middle of 15 hectares of woods and orchards. The luxury of this place lies in the quality of the environment, the space to feel at home. The buildings are surrounded by lawns, woods and orchards, which guarantee calm but even more so because we manage this operation ourselves without any treatment products, without fertilizers, without glyphosate. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

In the early morning, you can enjoy your breakfast (included) on the terrace and in the "coffee corner".

Frédéric and Laura welcome you to their farmhouse, in a barn completely renovated in 2022. Come and enjoy this peaceful place in the countryside, 25 minutes from Le Mans. Apart from our home, your only neighbors will be our cows. You will have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.
