Comfortable ground floor apartment (under main house) across the road from a big park, the river and a great bike path. View pictured is not available from the apartment, but you only have to step outside. Minutes from shops, cinema and all entertainment. There's a large swimming pool in the backyard. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.
