Lovely small apartment of about 50 m2. It is located at one end of the farmhouse which is an older 4 long timbered farm. 1 bedroom with large double bed. Small living room with sofa bed for 2 people. Small kitchen with dining area for 4 if you move the table a little out from the wall: -) The garden consists of a terrace with a gas grill. Large lawn. In the summer there are garden tables both in the garden and in the enclosed courtyard. Kitchen contains regular oven with gas burner, coffee maker, electric kettle. Private bathroom .

Annex on the sunny lake Samsø

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

The hunting lodge

Small idyllic cottage with room for two overnight guests. There is a double bed, fridge, induction hot plate, access to water and toilet. Just outside the house there is a private tile terrace overlooking the natural plot with sheep. Please note there is no bathroom. Approx. 50 m to toilet The cabin is not heated, but it is insulated. There is no wi fi in the cabin Duvets and linens can be rented for DKK 150 per set - Please write a message if you/you wish and you can pay the fee upon arrival.

One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. We live in a lovely little village with a cozy street pond, good neighbors and good togetherness. We have 2 km. to water, 5 km to Tranebjerg and 7 km. to Ballen with lovely beach and marina. On the farm lives Hanne & Jørgen and Claus & Winnie (and Fie and Buddy!). Newly renovated apartment of approx. 60 m2 with private bathroom King size bed in separate bedroom. Possibility of bedding. Possibility to sit outside. Private kitchen with possibility to cook. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Fantastisk beliggende gårdlejlighed. På toppen af en bakke med fantastisk havudsigt ligger Holmegaard. Gården er opdelt i separate lejligheder, med fælles køkken og spisestue. Lejligheden består af soveværelse, egen stue og badeværelse. Gården er nyistandsat, dog hvor den oprindelige gårdfornemmelse er bevaret. Gården ligger i udkanten af Ballen, 10 minutters gang fra butikker, restauranter mv., men ligger alligevel fuldstændig uforstyrret for andre naboer.
