Our cabin is rustic yet enchanting. Hand-built in 1947, Longacres is the perfect cozy place to unplug and unwind. But if you need high-speed internet, you’ve got it! Old Town Manteo is a charming harbor town where you will feel far from the beach boxes and OBX crowds. Longacres is 1 mile from downtown, a 5 minute walk to the Roanoke Sound and a 12 minute drive to the Nags Head beaches. To complete your adventure, we provide bikes and kayaks so you can explore the water and town at your own pace.

This cottage is located in Wanchese, a quiet fishing village in the Outer Banks. The 3 bed 3.5 bath home is a mere 200 yards away from a public boat ramp & offers 61’ boat parking, an outdoor fish cleaning table, grill & picnic table. It’s a 15 min drive to the beach. Have a cup of coffee on the porch while watching fishing boats head out for their daily catch and enjoy views of Bodie Island Lighthouse. Explore the history, grab lunch and a coffee while you hit the quaint shops. If fishing and exploring is more your speed, there are several charters and tours that start at the Manteo marina area. Oh yeah, Nags Head beach, just 6 miles away!

Creef Cottage is nestled in the heart of historic downtown Manteo, North Carolina on Roanoke Island, where there are boardwalks on the Albermarle Sound, bikepaths, shopping, and dining within walking distance. Roanoke Island is the home of the longest running outdoor drama, "The Lost Colony", Elizabethan Gardens, and North Carolina Aquarium. It is a 10 minute drive to the ocean. There is much to do and see in this area.
