Wedding stay in the area We were 5 adults ( 1 couple and 3 others ) Everyone had their own sleeping area and bathroom Clean , beautifully decorated and cool house The view from the garden is beautiful - view of the vineyards Thanks to Jonathan for his availability, responsiveness and discretion We'll be back for sure

Very friendly host Impeccable and spacious space Very quiet place. The interior is very well insulated so despite the heat we were cool My husband loved the basketball hoop The only small problem, but it's personal, is that we found that the quality of the bed linen was a little meh and below what we have at home. Other than that, it was perfect ;)

Lovely Country House with Pool

We wanted a peaceful and undisturbed break from our busy working lives, just the two of us (for the first time in several years), we wanted a pool and a small property that would probably enjoy some warm weather at the end of May. Lavender Cottage and Janie (who was based less than 100m away) delivered all of our requirements and more - the property was perfect for our needs, it was gloriously quiet, the pool was warm enough to enjoy, and any queries we had Janie was only too happy to respond to. My wife's birthday fell on a French Bank Holiday and some venues were not open so Janie stepped in and kindly sorted out a reservation with a local Restaurant which was very kind of her - and was a great venue for a meal. The markets we went to locally were excellent and our visit to the Naked Vigneron to see the vines and taste them and have lunch hosted by the Yorkshire born Moores was great activity to consider - All in all just, what the doctor would have ordered (if asked)

Good stay and good welcome in Guillaume's gîte d'étape. Watch your head if you're over 1.95 meters tall! Quick access to visit DURAS. Fields next to walk the dogs along the river.

very comfortable accommodation and with a lot of character. a small surprise not mentioned on the listing: the terrace under the roof! without too much view but very pleasant to drink your coffee in the shelter of the rain! i recommend it.
