In the winter season you can experience the Northern Lights, or beautiful starry sky. The ferry goes across the fjord, and to Solund. The cabin is a perfect starting point for trips both inwards and outwards of the fjord if you want to experience more of the beautiful surrounding area. A real gem for those who want to find peace in idyllic western Norwegian nature.

Great hiking opportunities in the community. Mountains and water! Park up on the farm and walk down about 250 meters to the cabin. The hot tub and shower are located next to the main house. Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

The nearest town is Førde which is 30 minutes away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 m from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.
