It has a wein cellar with vaults a huge parcel and a beautiful panorama as it overlooks the Balaton. An authentic, wonderful house. An ideal place for holiday in a calm surrounding in the mids of the vine-stocks. There are restaurants with typical Hungarian dishes close to the house, as well as different facilities to spend free time, such us: golf, horse-riding and swimming.

The Kemencés House is located in one of Hungary's most popular tourist areas, the Balaton Uplands, 7 km from Lake Balaton.

If desired, you can taste our own artisanal wine in the evening. Access 1.5 km on a gravel mountain road!

One of the world's most colourful birds, the bee-eaters, flies in flocks over our garden. Additionally, you can even bring your beloved dog with you.
