House vacation rentals in Balanga City

The place felt like home, cozy, warm, and welcoming. Staying there was relaxing and a really great value for money. Will definitely come back.

As much as I wanted to gate keep the place, I just know that people has to recognize this airbnb. At first we were hesitant to book this place since there are no reviews yet in airbnb although their reviews in google maps were okay. We’re glad that our experiences turned out great. The place is exactly as advertised, host was very nice and responsive, even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. If you’re the private type of person then this airbnb is just the right place for you. Will definitely come back ❤️

Definitely worth the price. 💜💜 The place is clean and is the same with what was adverised. The pool is big so it can accommodate large groups. They also have fast wifi, netflix, disney+ and karaoke. In addition, all the three (3) rooms have their own bathroom. This is really a big plus. Furthermore, the staffs on the ground are all approachable and are willing to assist in anyway they can. Lastly, I would like to add the kindness and responsiveness of the host. For every concern I had, she’s replying promptly. And she really made the place very comfortable for her guests. 💜💜

Initially, we encountered some difficulty because when we arrived at the house, there were other guests already checked in. However, Tita Weng was responsive and upgraded us to a better accommodation. Although the new place was somewhat out of the way from the wedding we attended, it was very accessible, so we had no trouble getting there. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay because Tita Weng's home is very clean, comfy, and very cozy. Tita Weng is also very nice, thoughtful and responsive. Consider booking here if you need to go to Orani.

the place is peaceful and serene. It was quite relaxing especially with the nature and it’s farm vibe. However, the signage and the road to the place itself is a little bumpy and hard to find. The staff are very friendly and responsive throughout our needs.

This place is just fantastic, great for families looking for a homey ambiance. I visited Bataan on business purposes together with my management team. Noemi and Roland's staff are always very helpful and makes sure that we are comfortable. I would give it 6 stars if it were an option. And I am a very picky person when it comes to accommodations. I wish we had stayed longer. I will surely be back and just hope that this place will be available by the time we start our projects in Balanga City.

My family and I had a very comfortable stay! The place was spotless — incredibly clean and well taken care of. Relaxing and quiet surroundings - we all felt right at home. spacious parking space. Everything matched the description - as how it looks like on the pictures. Mam Carmel is very responsive host and friendly. She and her husband are very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay!

The host was incredibly accommodating, especially on such short notice. The location was perfect, with safe and convenient parking. The internet was fast, and the room was super spacious—seriously, way more room than expected! If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely stay here. Thanks again for a great stay!

The entire family was greatful that we found this place during holiday season. Romeo and the team where good in communicating and reaching us out to our concerns. We will definitely coming back soon! However, there are few things that can be improved on; *they should specify what they have for kitchenware and tableware. As per our group of 20pax, I dont think they have an adequate kitchenware/tableware for our group. But on a good note, they ended up buying us extra disposables plates/cups/plastic spoons etc. *theres a huge floor mounted AC on their living area that has an additional fee if used. I would like to suggest to include that fee on the rental of the house and avoid additional charges on top of rentals and deposits. *the house itself was well designed, well lit etc. I just have a good words for the entire place. But, I just hope that they will maintain it well by cleaning it thoroughly. Toilet bowls, faucets and some corners were starting to build-up some stains.

So, I'm going to be as forthright as possible here. For me, it was a wonderful experience. The view was incredible, the pool was excellent, and other than an issue with some local motorcycle racing it was quiet and peaceful. That being said, I grew up on a farm and bugs and critters don't really bother me. But if you have a more metropolitan background that might be an issue. The house is not modern. It's very similar to an old farm house, but that was a nice bit of nostalgia for me. When we first got there, there was a group of motorcycle racers making a loop around the house. But the owner called the local authorities and had it resolved. He was very responsive and that made all the difference in our trip. Again, the place is not fancy with modern appliances and fixtures, but it's large, peaceful, with great views and swimming. I would recommend it to anyone who's not too bourgeois.

the location, securtiy and the peacefullness of the village is superb! worth paying for
