The large flat has been newly built in 2021 and offers views across the fields and meadows. Inside, all the modern comforts and a cosy queensize boxspring bed are waiting for you. Ideal for nature lovers! It is not unusual to see wildlife on the lawn in the morning. The house is surrounded by old oak trees and a garden.

Diese gemütlich Dachwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung über einer Garage im schönen Lastrup und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie verfügt über ein schönes, helles Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschtisch und WC. Nur eine Straße weiter befindet sich das Naturschwimmbad mit Hallenbad. Der schöne Dorfpark mit See sowie Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, Ärzte, Friseur etc. sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Backshop und Pizzeria sind direkt nebenan. Die Wohnung liegt im Dorfkern von Kroge direkt an der Fahradstrecke zum Dümmer See. Der Dümmer ist ca 12 km entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreicht werden. Ideal für Pilgerer, Besucher des Pflegeheims oder auch Monteure, die gerne mal selbst kochen. Vierbeiner sind auch willkommen.
