Great 55 m2 house with completely independent access to the building, brand new, very nice atmosphere and very comfortable. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 very comfortable sofa bed in the living room with capacity for up to 2 adults, kitchen and integrated dining room. It is located on the ground floor of the building. The area is very quiet, with a family atmosphere, many businesses nearby: restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a short walk from downtown, metro and bus stops very close.

Just walking distance to plaza de la reina where you will find the main cathedral, Also 3 min walk to grocery supermarkets.
