Children's play area, showers, bathrooms, gazebos, volleyball, swimming or sunbathing area on the beach. You can go to all these areas free of charge, walking will take you only a few steps. By car, you will be 1 hour and 15 minutes from SJU and 45 minutes from PSE.

Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

You can walk 2 house down Mar de la Traquilida and La Curvita del Bajo and enjoy music . They both serve excellent drinks and delicious food.

Our private, gated "Beach Bliss" home is located directly off of PR Road #3 in a protected bay. Guests will be assigned to one of our private pools (May - November) across the street on our main property, as well as pickleball, corn hole, basketball, and hiking on the 15-acre hillside of Casa Wurster where they can enjoy stunning panoramic views and even catch a glimpse of some colorful island iguanas. Bright Sun & Moon Verouska House it's a very comfortable place for vacations and needed long stays. The house is in an urban complex (Solimar) in the town of Patillas ,Puerto Rico (southeast coast). This bay earned its name because it is sheltered by a large reef, providing not only amazing snorkeling, but beautiful calm Caribbean seas to gaze out on from your house. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance, and if you're lucky you may see a manatee swimming by in the backyard!

It has restaurants 5 minutes away. Supermarkets and bakeries 7 minutes away. Charcoal BBQ. The ceiling is 6' 5" high. There are common areas.
