The entrance is secure, the apartment is on the third floor. Breakfast is not included, however there is water and juice in the fridge, a kettle, tea and instant coffee. There is a fan in every room, in the pre-summer and summer period they are essential, and the linen is clean. Refinement underpins the environment, with marble floors, paintings and furnishings in harmony with the basic but functional furniture, with curtains, books and handmade candles. There is a balcony that overlooks a garden off the traffic in a very quiet area, in the morning you will be woken softly by the unique singing of birds, what more can you ask for in Delhi? It was very good stay. I stayed there with 2 small kids and the best thing was the flat was clean and hygienic and there was fully functional kitchen. The location was convenient for me as per my requirements but a little aways from the main road. Overall a good stay.

Loved my stay at Deepika’s again! I’ve booked this place before, and now she feels more like a friend than a host. Her flat is always our first choice in Delhi because it is well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and very homely. The rooms are relaxing, and the balcony is lush and peaceful. The staff is courteous and warm, and Deepika is extremely proactive in her communication. The property is located close to major tourist attractions, and is both budget-friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend!
