LO DISPENSARI, charming house in Delta del Ebro

An old dispensary from the beginning of the last century that we renovated (2019) to enjoy with family or friends. It is located in Sant Jaume d'Enveja, in the heart of the Ebro Delta. We've lovingly decorated it. Most of the furniture is restored. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study, and a large dining room/kitchen (fully equipped). It has a fireplace, barbecue, and a nice porch. Ideal for after-dinner conversation :) The Ebro River is just a few minutes' walk away.

A light-colored sofa is adorned with turquoise and neutral cushions, providing a comfortable seating area. A wooden cabinet nearby houses books and decorative items. A minimalistic vase with foliage adds a touch of greenery to the space.

My wife and I needed a quiet place, in the middle of nature but inside a small hamlet, and Gabriel's cabin brought together the features we were looking for. In addition, many walks could be taken from right there, no need to take the car. We had a really nice few days!

We were 4 couples with 4 small children and the experience was fantastic. The house is located in a quiet area ideal for disconnecting. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, perfect for large groups or families with children. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the outdoor area, where the children could see and play near some goats, they loved it! The hosts were very nice from the start, they explained everything in detail and were always available for any questions. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to other families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway in the middle of nature.

I recommend it 100%! We were enjoying Martin's house as a family all weekend. Fantastic. A perfect place to rest while enjoying the garden and pool. Martin was very attentive at all times. We'll definitely repeat it!

The best welcome for an Airbnb we have come across. Alexandra and Delia welcomed us and even took us on a tour of the village pointing out the amenities. There was a beautiful home made cake, a bottle of local wine-and lots of goodies for us to enjoy from the host. All of our questions were answered really quickly and help given. We had a spectacular weekend in Mas Formigosa with 12 friends. Very good option for large group gatherings and enjoy being in the middle of nature. Naomi was very responsive throughout the stay in case we needed anything and flexible for the check in time. Accurate directions and attention to detail, we found the house warm and with the fire on the floor already lit. The house is very comfortable. Top stay!

The apartment is really welcoming, full of life and it feels like home with all the necessary amenities, prettier in real life than in the photos, the view from both terraces is superb, the screens a real plus, the wifi works very well. The city however is very quiet, two beaches nearby but that of Cape Roig 3km away is great with pedal boats. The residence is clean, only downside for us the pool, too many opposite on the balconies and terraces. Mila was impeccable, welcoming and responsive at all times.

A communal pool is visible at the forefront, surrounded by a tiled patio. The building features multiple balconies with white railings above, providing a cheerful yellow backdrop. Lush landscaping borders the area, contributing to the serene environment.

We had a great time at the place to stay. The views are unbelievable and it's very quiet. As an improvement a system could be made so that you don't have to go 20min by car to get and return the keys. If we return to the area, we will repeat for sure!

We had a wonderful stay — the perfect place for families! The house was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. It’s ideally located for exploring the beauty of the Ebro Delta and the nearby stunning beaches. The peaceful surroundings and the lovely terrace created a true oasis of calm. There’s also a great restaurant just a short walk away. Communication with the host was excellent, and we were warmly welcomed by Veronica, who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!
