Facilitățile proprietății sunt urmatoarele : - lift - bucătărie utilată/ dotată complet (frigider, plită electrică vitroceramică, hotă, mașină de spălat,cuptor cu microunde cu grill, expresor cafea, fierbător, prăjitor pâine) - baie cu cabină de duș modernă (duș tip ploaie + duș flexibil, feon, prosoape,gel duș, șampon, săpun lichid) - sufragerie cu pat matrimonial king-size, saltea cu spumă cu memorie, canapea extensibila (smart tv led diagonală mare, internet wi-fi gratuit, aer condiționat cu invertor, iluminat led, dulap, pantofar, masă și fier de călcat). Locația este nouă și dispune de centrală termică proprie și geamuri termopan tripan care asigură o izolare fonică perfectă pentru liniștea dumneavoastră. Cafea, ceai,apă plată şi minerală din partea casei. La cerere vă putem oferi minibar contracost. Vă stăm la dispoziție cu orice informație : obiective turistice, restaurante, locuri de recreere.

Apartment of 3* ** authorized by the Minister of Tourism, comfortably located close to the center, 2 km away from the Citadela Deva and 0.5 km away from the Central Railway Station. It has a 40 sqm area on the ground floor of a block. It contains kitchen , bathroom, 2 bedrooms (with double beds). Nearby there are 24-hour supermarket, restaurants, terraces,playground for children. The fully equipped kitchen: cooking utensils, gas hob, fridge. The bathroom has a bathtub and cosmetics are provided free of charge.

You'll have your own bathroom with outdoor shower and composting toilet. When it freezes, you can use the shower of our campsite. Go for a hike on one of the endless trails and build yourself a campfire in the evening, enjoy the sound of nature and come to peace!

Apartamentul a fost amanajat la nivel de lux fiind dotat cu utilitati de ultima generatie, masina de spalat haine, masina de spalat vase, frigider, cuptor cu microunde, plita vitroceramica, cuptor electric, walk-in shower, king size bed si living area dotata cu canapea si smart TV. Totul a fost creat pentru a crea o experienta deosebita clientilor nostri.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a four-storey, is composed of 2 rooms, equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, and a bathroom with a bathtub, with a hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. The apartment is also equipped with washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing board. Free coffee and tea facilities are provided!

Theea's tiny house

The cottage is designed to calm the mind and delight the soul, it has a generous yard that offers privacy. It is perfect for an escape from the city, as it offers an authentic experience of connecting with nature. At the property there is a female Labrador named Theea, very nice in friendly, and a black cat named Bagheera. In the same large yard of 1500m2 there are two other houses, completely separate, I live in one of them.
